Key Attributes Required
- A keen interest in engineering and mechanical systems
- A strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel for off-the-job training blocks
Job Requirements
- Leaving Certificate with five O6 or higher grades, including Mathematics and English
- Successful completion of an approved pre-apprenticeship training course in an engineering discipline
- A full Level 5 qualification on the National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) (equivalent to EQF Level 4)
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment would be a distinct advantage
