Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth and customer success for our HomeLINK platform. In this role, you’ll champion the adoption of our connected home and IoT solutions among housing providers, property managers, resellers, and key partners. You’ll also play a pivotal part in customer onboarding and act as the bridge between clients and our product team — ensuring customer feedback directly shapes future innovations.

We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth and customer success for our HomeLINK platform. In this role, you’ll champion the adoption of our connected home and IoT solutions among housing providers, property managers, resellers, and key partners. You’ll also play a pivotal part in customer onboarding and act as the bridge between clients and our product team — ensuring customer feedback directly shapes future innovations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities across housing associations, local authorities, and residential developers.
- Lead proactive outreach — including email campaigns, calls, and industry networking.
- Deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations that address stakeholder priorities such as compliance, ESG, and resident wellbeing.
- Develop compelling proposals, respond to tenders, and produce case studies that highlight ROI and impact.
- Manage the onboarding process, ensuring customers are confident in using the HomeLINK dashboard and device features.
- Build lasting client relationships through regular check-ins, usage reviews, and performance insights.
- Monitor customer engagement to identify potential churn risks and growth opportunities.
- Help customers unlock actionable insights from environmental and safety data to drive positive outcomes.
- Capture and communicate customer feedback on usability, functionality, and device performance.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to inform feature development and testing.
- Support pilot projects, user training, and customer enablement materials.
- Stay current with housing regulations, ESG standards, and IoT industry trends to inform strategy and positioning.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or technical account management.
- Demonstrated success managing complex customer relationships and multi-stakeholder accounts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organisational skills and CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar).
- Passion for connected technology, sustainability, and the future of housing.
- Experience in IoT, PropTech, or smart building technology.
- Knowledge of Irish social housing, ESG frameworks, or compliance standards.
- Exposure to product development, customer feedback processes, or agile environments.
