Contract
Business Project Manager (“BPM”)
Position Summary
The Senior-level Business Project Manager will lead a cross-functional business team in launching new F4 supply chain and manufacturing IT systems.
The Business Project Manager (“Business BPM”) acts as the “voice of the business” on activities that drive collaborative IT project work efforts from start to finish. This role serves as the key liaison between participating business teams, the IT Project Manager, and various IT technical and testing teams — working collaboratively to organize, plan, control, execute, test, and release business-proposed IT solutions and systems, while managing post-release activities.
This is an individual contributor position that partners closely with the IT Project Manager and operates with minimal supervision. The BPM helps identify business needs, coordinate requirements gathering, track progress, manage business risks, and foster collaboration to achieve project goals. The role ensures F4 projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with agreed objectives.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-impact programs, along with strong organizational, communication, leadership, and influencing skills. They will work with F4 leaders and cross-functional teams across Distribution/Warehousing, Quality Control, Supply Planning, IT, Regulatory, Operations, Tax, Finance, and Manufacturing.
