Job Summary:
Work as part of a production/operations team, ensuring equipment, work areas, and materials are prepared and operations run safely and efficiently, in line with regulatory and organizational standards.
Shift Flexibility:
- Day: Mon–Fri, 08:00–16:30 (Fri finish 15:30), 39 hours/week
- Evening: 16:00–00:00 (Fri finish 23:00), 16.7% shift allowance
- Night: 00:00–08:00 (Fri finish 07:00), 27% shift allowance
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and operate moulding, automated assembly, pad printing, and manual assembly equipment
- Troubleshoot day-to-day manufacturing issues affecting safety, quality, or efficiency
- Conduct quality checks and achieve production targets
- Supply materials safely and on time; label and pack components and finished products
- Operate advanced metrology equipment and robotic/vision systems
- Participate in new product introductions, improvement projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Document activities according to GMP standards
- Cross-train team members and assist in onboarding new staff
- Perform manual assembly and visual inspections as needed
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent, or relevant work experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- 3rd level education
