Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and scale a fast-growing, multidisciplinary engineering organization focused on developing next-generation products. This role oversees teams across hardware, embedded software, and mechanical engineering, and works closely with product, manufacturing, and quality organizations to deliver innovative, high-quality products from concept through mass production.
The Engineering Manager is accountable for product delivery and for ensuring engineering execution aligns with the company’s strategic vision and technology roadmap. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping organizational growth by driving team structure, process maturity, and technical excellence, while maintaining a strong partnership with our on-site manufacturing facility.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary engineering organization across hardware, embedded software, and mechanical engineering, in collaboration with functional lead developers.
- Define clear roles, responsibilities, and career development paths that support both technical and managerial growth.
- Partner with the PMO and project management teams to successfully deliver multiple concurrent projects, balancing scope, quality, cost and schedule.
- Build and evolve a scalable engineering organization capable of supporting increasing product diversity and technical complexity.
- Communicate engineering status, risks, challenges, and achievements to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present technical reports, resource plans, capacity forecasts and long-term engineering roadmaps.
- 8 years of engineering experience in product development, including 5 years in an engineering leadership or management role overseeing teams of 30 engineers.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing cross-disciplinary teams in hardware and software product environments.
- Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience driving product performance, quality and manufacturability metrics.
- Strong focus on team engagement, retention and professional growth.
