We are actively seeking a Financial Analyst to provide financial support to our client located in County Mayo. This role reports to the Senior Manager Finance, Global Supply Chain and acts as a key finance partner to the local Distribution leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnering & Reporting
- Act as the key finance partner to the Distribution Center leadership team
- Prepare, review, and present monthly financial performance results and key metrics
- Own and prepare the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Develop and maintain rolling forecasts for the Distribution Center
- Build future cost models to support strategic and operational decisions
- Partner with Distribution teams to control inventory and manage obsolescence
- Coordinate assignment of inventory risk to responsible parties
- Identify, quantify, and track cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing analysis and documentation as required
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial rules, regulations, and policies
- Evaluate capital expenditure requests for the Distribution Center
- Act as Finance Lead for Distribution within transformation initiatives, including S/4HANA implementation
- Lead or support ad-hoc finance projects as required
- Develop analytical models and dashboards using available tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, AI tools)
Work Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant finance experience
- Ideally 3 years post-qualification experience
- Background in a multinational environment preferred
- Experience within distribution, manufacturing, or shared services is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Professional accounting qualification desirable but not mandatory (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- SAP experience desirable
- Power BI knowledge is a plus
