We are seeking an ambitious and driven professional to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in driving operational efficiency, quality, and innovation across manufacturing services that support final assembly operations.
Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an ambitious and driven professional to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in driving operational efficiency, quality, and innovation across manufacturing services that support final assembly operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Production & Capacity Planning – Manage production workflows and resources to meet output targets. Lead molding and surface mount assembly operations, delivering core plant KPIs and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Quality & Cost Control – Oversee quality processes, monitoring defects, yields, and PPM levels. Manage budgets, ensuring labor, material, and overhead costs remain on target.
- Process Improvement – Drive continuous improvement in processes, equipment, and workflows to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Team Leadership – Lead and develop a high-performing technical team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Health & Safety – Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance to maintain a safe working environment.
- Sustainability & Technology – Lead plant-wide sustainability initiatives to achieve net carbon neutrality by 2030, ensure ISO 50001 compliance, and integrate new technologies and automation to boost efficiency.
- 7+ years’ operational experience, with technical management responsibility (manufacturing preferred).
- Degree in Mechanical, Production, or related Engineering field (or equivalent).
- Proven leadership in managing technical teams.
- Strong strategic, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
