His expertise spans corporate governance, including remediation efforts, regulatory compliance, and successful navigation of inspections. Todd has led greenfield operations from initial startup through acquisition and has overseen capital projects ranging from $75,000 to $750 million, demonstrating a strong track record in project execution and organizational transformation.
Todd&rsquo;s leadership has been instrumental in several high-impact roles throughout his career. As VP of Engineering and Operations at Point BioPharma, he led the startup of manufacturing operations, including technology transfer, product development, and compliance with government regulatory requirements. His specialized expertise in radioligand therapies played a key role in the successful transition of business and operations to Eli Lilly.
