We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our client’s Engineering & Technology team, leading critical projects across new product introductions, aseptic processing, automation, and process improvements.

Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new processing equipment and facility upgrades safely, on time, and on budget.
- Draft User Requirement Specifications (URS) and manage vendor selection and evaluations.
- Drive project management activities including RCEs, design reviews, FATs, commissioning, and qualification.
- Oversee installation, documentation, training, and handover of new systems.
- Support process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders in Quality, Operations, Technology, Validation, and EHS.
Requirements:
- Third-level qualification in Engineering or related discipline.
- 2–5 years’ experience in Biologics, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical Devices.
- Proven project management track record.
- Strong technical background with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders.
- Adaptable, results-driven, and collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to travel for design reviews, inspections, and FATs.
