About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex electronic products from concept through to production.
You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain functions, while applying structured project management practices and the company’s gate review process.
Key Responsibilities
Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, ideally in electronics product development.
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Science, or Technology.
Formal project management qualification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) – PMP preferred.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is desirable.
Proven track record in structured project management for cross-functional product development.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain.
- Plan, schedule, and manage risks, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
- Enforce project governance through the stage-gate process.
- Provide clear progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate between engineering and manufacturing partners (including NPI and test engineering).
- Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes through structured change control.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement of project delivery processes and tools.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Experience in regulated industries (life safety, medical, industrial controls)
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Monday.com, Teamwork.com, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems
