We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QC Analyst to join a dynamic analytical laboratory team operating within a regulated environment. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on laboratory experience who is passionate about quality, data integrity, and continuous improvement.
You will play a key role in ensuring timely and compliant analytical testing, supporting investigations, and driving operational excellence within the lab.

You will play a key role in ensuring timely and compliant analytical testing, supporting investigations, and driving operational excellence within the lab.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure laboratory documentation and computerized systems comply with Data Integrity and regulatory requirements
- Perform and complete analytical testing in line with agreed schedules
- Support and guide team members to ensure high standards of test execution and performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and productivity
- Monitor testing schedules and implement recovery plans where required
- Identify performance gaps and collaborate with management on corrective actions
- Initiate and support Out of Specification (OOS) investigations in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant laboratory records
- Ensure laboratory equipment is properly used, calibrated, and maintained
- Promote a strong quality culture and adherence to 5S standards
- Investigate documentation-related events with potential quality or compliance impact
- Participate in or lead investigation activities such as root cause analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical information effectively
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and all applicable regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a Science or related discipline (preferred)
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in an analytical or QC laboratory role
- Experience working in a GLP/GMP-regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of EU, FDA, ICH, and HPRA guidelines
- Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation (e.g., UHPLC, SoloVPE, TOC)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot laboratory equipment and methods
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
