His expertise spans corporate governance, including remediation efforts, regulatory compliance, and successful navigation of inspections. Robert was the former Director of Technology and Design Engineering for Abbott Labs&rsquo; Global Pharmaceutical Operations. Throughout his career, Donal has held key positions in project management, with significant assignments in the biopharma and medical devices sectors. Mr. Howard has extensive experience owning and operating two successful start-ups through sale. One acquirer was Waterlogic Plc, a publicly traded company on the AIM Exchange in London. Post acquisition he stayed on as Vice President of Sales and was part of the mergers and acquisitions team. 
Since joining Sterling Engineering in 2012 he has been a valuable contributor with progressive leadership roles primarily focused on our Life Science business vertical as well as in Sales and Operational leadership across the Technology, Health/Wellness, Facility, Manufacturing, and Engineering sectors.&nbsp; 
Mr. Howard was part of the tactical team sent to evaluate expanding Sterling Engineering&rsquo;s operations to Europe in 2019. As Senior Executive Vice President, Mr. Howard oversees operations for the Engineering Services Company and our European entity officed in Ireland.
