We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fast-paced, dynamic team and play a key role in attracting top talent across the organization. This position focuses on in-house recruitment, supporting hiring managers, and building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment efforts for assigned teams/functions, with the flexibility to support additional areas as needed.
- Source, attract, and engage top talent through proactive recruiting strategies.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including pre-screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
- Maintain and manage job requisitions, applicant data, and reporting metrics using recruitment systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, serving as a trusted advisor on staffing strategies and talent acquisition best practices.
- Prepare and present competitive offer packages, incorporating market data and internal equity considerations.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights on industry trends, talent pools, and market intelligence.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience with proactive sourcing and talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong professional presence, with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver measurable results.
- Experience with in-house recruitment and managing requisitions in applicant tracking systems preferred.
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is a strong plus.
