Job Title: Warehouse Operator
Job Purpose:
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for managing the flow of materials within the warehouse, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, handling, issuance, and shipping of materials in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
*Evening shift : 16:00 – 00:00 Mon to Thurs, 15:00 – 23:00 Fri.*

Job Purpose:
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for managing the flow of materials within the warehouse, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, handling, issuance, and shipping of materials in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
*Evening shift : 16:00 – 00:00 Mon to Thurs, 15:00 – 23:00 Fri.*
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Receive materials accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all materials are properly located and controlled, both physically and within the warehouse management system (e.g., SAP).
- Issue materials to manufacturing or packaging as required.
- Prepare shipments of product and non-inventory items according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform area verifications, including returns, staging, and fixed bin checks, in accordance with SOPs and regulatory standards (cGMP).
- Complete all required documentation associated with the supply and movement of materials.
- Follow all departmental SOPs and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Stay current with new or revised SOPs and complete required training in safety and cGMP procedures.
- Support warehouse tasks that align with business objectives and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a warehouse environment; experience in a regulated or pharmaceutical environment preferred.
- Strong safety awareness within a regulated environment.
- Proficient in computer applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of warehouse processes and systems (e.g., SAP).
- Experienced forklift operator.
