Job Summary:The Manufacturing Team Lead will be responsible for supervising daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high-quality and compliance standards. This role involves leading a team of operators, coordinating workflows, and driving continuous improvement in a medical device manufacturing environment.

- Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA regulations in all manufacturing processes.
- Train, mentor, and develop production team members to enhance skills and performance.
- Monitor production schedules and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Identify and resolve production issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain, to support manufacturing objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ensure workplace safety, enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support audits and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with lean manufacturing and process improvement techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification.
- Experience with ERP/MES systems in a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with validation and process improvement methodologies.
- Manufacturing floor and office-based work.
- Requires standing for extended periods and working in a controlled environment.
- Occasional evening or weekend shifts may be required.
