We are now seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the portfolio of projects within our Product Development Department, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Job Highlights:
- Establishing Project Management Processes: You'll introduce and customize project management best practices, ensuring a uniform approach across all projects from concept to high-volume manufacturing.
- Comprehensive Project Planning: The role involves developing and managing detailed project plans, covering all phases—objectives, resources, timelines, and deliverables—to ensure successful project execution.
- Resource Management: The position focuses on optimizing resource allocation through effective work estimation and capacity planning, maintaining alignment with budget and project demands.
- Stakeholder & Risk Management: You'll handle the expectations of multiple stakeholders, develop risk mitigation strategies, and ensure seamless communication to keep projects aligned with organizational goals.
- Budget and Quality Oversight: Monitoring project budgets, ensuring quality control, and aligning deliverables with client requirements are crucial to this role.
- Team Leadership: Fostering a collaborative work environment, guiding cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement will be integral to ensuring project success.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education & Experience: A degree in Engineering or Project Management, with at least five years of experience, ideally in electronics or a related sector, is essential.
- Project Management Expertise: Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and other methodologies, coupled with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project or Jira, is necessary for managing complex projects.
- Leadership & Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for managing diverse teams and stakeholders, paired with leadership experience, will be critical for success.
- Technical & Analytical Aptitude: Familiarity with high-volume manufacturing is a plus, alongside a strong ability to analyze project data, solve problems, and make informed decisions.
