We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Company Admin to support the day-to-day running of the business. This is a varied, hands-on role covering finance, administration, recruitment support and marketing, with a strong emphasis on bookkeeping and financial processes.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Company Admin to support the day-to-day running of the business. This is a varied, hands-on role covering finance, administration, recruitment support and marketing, with a strong emphasis on bookkeeping and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
Finance, Bookkeeping & Payroll
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and receivable
- Process invoices, expenses, and maintain accurate financial records
- Reconcile bank statements and support month-end processes
- Manage contractor payroll on a monthly basis
- Assist with financial reporting and liaise with external accountants
- Support cash flow tracking and general financial administration
- Provide general administrative support across Recruitment and Engineering
- Documentation, presentations, and reporting
- Mercury (ATS/CRM) updates and data management
- Meeting coordination and follow-ups
- Manage data consent updates on a fortnightly basis
- Format CVs and maintain accurate candidate records in Mercury
- Ensure candidate data is consistently updated and compliant
- Manage job postings, ensuring alignment between Mercury and website listings
- Manage the company LinkedIn page
- Publish 3 posts per week
- Grow network and track follower metrics weekly
- Monitor target companies and hiring activity, sharing insights with the team
- Maintain KPI dashboards with weekly updates
- Track and calculate weekly/monthly performance metrics
- Prepare monthly reports including key ratios and insights
- Website Management
- Update and maintain website content
- Review and refine messaging in collaboration with management
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong bookkeeping experience is advantageous
- Experience with payroll processing (or exposure to it)
- Previous experience in an operations, admin or finance support role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems (e.g. Mercury) is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Experience in a growing or SME environment
- Exposure to recruitment or engineering sectors
- Basic marketing or LinkedIn content experience
- Standard hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Open to a 4-day week or part-time arrangement, depending on candidate experience and needs
- Role is based in Oranmore, with some flexibility for remote working
