Role Summary
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for managing the day-to-day quality function within a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment. The role supports compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001, and contributes to EASA Part 21G Production Organisation Approval activities.
The position involves close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure product quality, manage non-conformances, support audits, and drive continuous improvement across processes and operations.

Role Summary
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for managing the day-to-day quality function within a regulated aerospace manufacturing environment. The role supports compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001, and contributes to EASA Part 21G Production Organisation Approval activities.
The position involves close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure product quality, manage non-conformances, support audits, and drive continuous improvement across processes and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management System (QMS)
- Manage and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with AS9100 and ISO 9001
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures, processes, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards
- Support EASA Part 21G Production Organisation Approval activities
- Maintain compliance with relevant aerospace regulatory requirements
- Assist with certification and surveillance audit preparation
- Oversee day-to-day quality assurance across manufacturing, assembly, and inspection operations
- Ensure product and process compliance throughout production activities
- Conduct internal audits
- Coordinate external customer, regulatory, and certification audits
- Manage audit findings and ensure timely closure of actions
- Lead non-conformance investigations
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA)
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Monitor supplier quality performance
- Support supplier approval and supplier audit activities
- Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams
- Ensure quality requirements are embedded into design and manufacturing processes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and compliance
- Drive process improvements within manufacturing operations
- Prepare quality metrics and performance reports
- Provide updates for management reviews and customer requirements
- Maintain calibration systems and records
- Coordinate calibration activities
- Ensure inspection and test equipment remains calibrated and compliant
