The Engineering Manager will lead and develop the engineering team while driving operational performance, continuous improvement, and delivery of engineering objectives aligned with business goals.

Role Overview
The Engineering Manager will lead and develop the engineering team while driving operational performance, continuous improvement, and delivery of engineering objectives aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team.
- Manage engineering priorities, resources, and project delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, OEE, and process optimisation.
- Support preventative maintenance and operational excellence activities.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, and other departments.
- Drive effective problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective actions through the QMS.
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and departmental performance.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Degree in Engineering (preferably Polymer or Mechanical).
- Lean and/or Six Sigma qualification preferred.
- 5 years’ experience in a similar engineering leadership role.
- Proven people management and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
