We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a design professional who enjoys collaborating with stakeholders and creating visually engaging content across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the organisation's visual communications, supporting marketing initiatives, strengthening brand identity, and creating compelling content that engages both internal and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing and business collateral, including digital and print materials such as presentations, brochures, proposals, flyers, banners, infographics, site signage, and branded merchandise.
- Create engaging visual content for websites, social media platforms, internal communication channels, and other digital applications while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop creative assets for campaigns, events, conferences, awards submissions, and employer branding initiatives.
- Translate complex ideas and information into clear, engaging visual content through graphics, infographics, presentations, animations, and visual storytelling.
- Assist in the creation of multimedia content, including video editing, motion graphics, animations, and interactive digital assets.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications and marketing materials.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver high-quality creative projects on time and to specification.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Graphic Designer, Multimedia Designer, Visual Designer, or similar creative role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects (or equivalent design and video editing software).
- Experience creating both digital and print marketing materials.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, branding, and multimedia work.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly through design.
- Knowledge of social media design best practices and platform-specific content requirements.
- Strong understanding of branding and maintaining visual consistency.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback effectively.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles would be advantageous.
