An exciting opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead engineering activities across New Product Introduction (NPI), automation, facilities, and high-volume production support within a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving manufacturing excellence, operational scalability, automation strategy, and technical leadership across the site.

Overview
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead engineering activities across New Product Introduction (NPI), automation, facilities, and high-volume production support within a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving manufacturing excellence, operational scalability, automation strategy, and technical leadership across the site.
Key Responsibilities
New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Lead Manufacturing Engineering support from design phase through to full production ramp-up.
- Drive DFM/DFT activities and develop scalable manufacturing processes.
- Support PFMEA, process validation, control plans, and production handover activities.
- Ensure NPI projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to target yield metrics.
- Support development and execution of automation strategy across manufacturing and testing operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency through automation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
- Support facilities expansion, layout optimisation, and infrastructure projects.
- Provide technical leadership for complex production issues and manufacturing escalations.
- Work closely with Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to improve manufacturing performance.
- Lead and develop a high-performing Manufacturing Engineering team.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- 7–10 years’ experience within high-volume electronics manufacturing.
- 3–5 years in an engineering leadership role.
