Project Manager – Supply Chain Transformation (12-Month Contract)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Supply Chain Transformation to support the deployment of a major supply chain transformation programme across a global manufacturing network. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in implementing a new operating model, driving process standardisation, and supporting the successful rollout of integrated planning systems across multiple manufacturing sites.
Working within a collaborative, cross-functional environment, you will coordinate deployment activities, manage project plans, engage with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Supply Chain Transformation to support the deployment of a major supply chain transformation programme across a global manufacturing network. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in implementing a new operating model, driving process standardisation, and supporting the successful rollout of integrated planning systems across multiple manufacturing sites.
Working within a collaborative, cross-functional environment, you will coordinate deployment activities, manage project plans, engage with stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate deployment activities across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and action trackers.
- Drive project execution, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, IT, PMO, and Business stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings, monitor progress, and ensure actions are completed on time.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Prepare and communicate regular project status updates to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Support the deployment of new business processes, systems, and master data across multiple sites.
- Monitor project performance, financials, and key delivery metrics.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, PMO standards, and project management methodologies.
- Support organisational change management activities to facilitate successful adoption of new ways of working.
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, deployment efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards and best practices.
About You

You thrive in fast-paced transformation programmes, can effectively manage multiple priorities, and are confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- 3–6 years' experience in Project Management, Programme Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience delivering complex cross-functional projects within manufacturing, supply chain, operations, systems implementation, or business transformation environments.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Microsoft Project or equivalent.
- Excellent planning, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present project updates, risks, and recommendations clearly.
- Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and timelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Financial awareness with the ability to monitor project performance against budget and objectives.
- Willingness to travel across European manufacturing sites (approximately 15–20%).
Desirable Experience
- Experience supporting supply chain transformation or operating model deployment programmes.
- Exposure to ERP or systems implementation projects.
- Experience working across multiple manufacturing sites or within global organisations.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.
