Our Client is seeking a results-driven Continuous Improvement Manager to lead operational excellence initiatives at their Limerick facility. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, managing, and executing strategic process improvement projects that drive efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across manufacturing and support functions. You will collaborate cross-functionally to embed Lean, Six Sigma, and best-in-class CI practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage CI projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation, waste reduction, and productivity enhancement.
- Coach and support teams in applying CI tools and problem-solving techniques.
- Develop KPIs to measure improvement impact and track project success.
- Support strategic initiatives aligned with corporate and site-level goals.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement across all departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and change management skills.
- Medical device or regulated industry experience is a plus.
