Key Responsibilities:
- As an Engineering Specialist, you’ll serve as the critical link between the companies technical capabilities and our customers’ success. You’ll collaborate with leading companies in medical devices, life sciences, and advanced manufacturing—delivering engineered solutions that improve yield, efficiency, safety, and quality.
- This is not a traditional sales role. It's hands-on, relationship-based, and strategically vital. You'll work closely with clients to shape high-impact solutions with measurable business outcomes.
- A seasoned engineer who values both technical precision and commercial outcomes
- Experienced in medical device or advanced manufacturing environments
- A clear communicator and confident consultant who enjoys tackling problems
- Motivated by autonomy, influence, and the potential for performance-based equity
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven engineering experience in regulated industries like medtech or advanced manufacturing
- A consultative, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of modular systems, fabrication, or automation (a plus)
- Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory environments
- Strong communication skills with an ability to simplify complex ideas
- A collaborative, impact-driven mindset
