Program Manager
Location: Mayo
Role Overview: The eBR Program Manager will lead the implementation of electronic Batch Records (eBR) and Review by Exception (RBE) at the Mayo site. This role is responsible for managing the project end-to-end—covering requirements gathering, system design, validation, and change management—ensuring alignment with Quality and Digital Transformation strategies.

Role Overview: The eBR Program Manager will lead the implementation of electronic Batch Records (eBR) and Review by Exception (RBE) at the Mayo site. This role is responsible for managing the project end-to-end—covering requirements gathering, system design, validation, and change management—ensuring alignment with Quality and Digital Transformation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a detailed project plan covering timelines, resources, and milestones.
- Lead cross-functional teams and external partners through all phases of implementation.
- Ensure compliance with IT and Quality policies, including system validation.
- Track and report project costs, savings, and overall ROI.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and contribute to broader Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Support process redesign and stakeholder engagement to drive adoption.
- Promote EHS and compliance across all project activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology (preferred).
- Project Management certification is a plus.
- 6+ years’ experience in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or related areas.
- Strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex programs.
