Overview:
- The Quality Engineer – Customer Quality plays a key role in overseeing product and process quality, while leading root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives across production and support departments.
- This position focuses on reducing non-conformances, driving compliance with quality standards, and executing quality improvement projects to enhance both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts, implementing effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and other relevant Quality Management System standards
- Conduct internal QMS audits to evaluate compliance and identify improvement areas
- Continuously improve the customer claim process to increase efficiency and satisfaction
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Engineering or a related Quality discipline
- A proactive mindset focused on identifying risks and driving process improvement
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or higher) is advantageous
- Previous experience in customer-facing quality roles is preferred
