As the company transitions from pilot production to full commercial scale, this role will be critical in ensuring high-quality, regulatory-compliant manufacturing and operational readiness to support global growth.
This role has direct responsibility for manufacturing operations, global supply chain, logistics, ERP systems, and post-market support, ensuring all activities align with regulatory requirements and business objectives.

Position Summary We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Vice President of Operations to lead the scale-up of our manufacturing and supply chain functions. As the company transitions from pilot production to full commercial scale, this role will be critical in ensuring high-quality, regulatory-compliant manufacturing and operational readiness to support global growth.
This role has direct responsibility for manufacturing operations, global supply chain, logistics, ERP systems, and post-market support, ensuring all activities align with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Manufacturing & Operations
- Lead the scale-up and daily management of manufacturing to meet commercial demand.
- Ensure regulatory-compliant production in accordance with ISO 13485, FDA QSR, and EU MDR standards.
- Drive lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee warranty, returns, and post-market servicing logistics.
- Develop and manage a scalable, resilient global supply chain.
- Supervise direct and contract manufacturing partners, ensuring cost control, quality, and timely delivery.
- Build and execute global logistics strategies to support product distribution and growth.
- Lead implementation and optimization of ERP systems for visibility, planning, and inventory control.
- Ensure robust design documentation practices including BOMs, specifications, and change controls in collaboration with Engineering and Quality.
- Build and lead a high-performance operations team aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Engineering, and Executive teams.
- Contribute to strategic planning and long-term operational roadmap.
- 10+ years of experience in operations leadership within medical device or regulated electronics sectors.
- Proven success scaling manufacturing operations, particularly in electronic devices.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems in manufacturing/supply chain contexts.
- Expertise in design controls, documentation processes, and BOM management.
- Experience with contract manufacturing and global supply chains.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA QSR, and EU MDR.
- Demonstrated results in operational efficiency, product quality, and team leadership.
- Experience with Class II diagnostic or monitoring devices.
- Exposure to global product launches in US and EU markets.
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MEng) is a strong plus.
