Overview:
- Quality Director will be responsible for developing, overseeing, and advancing the company’s quality assurance strategy.
- This leadership role ensures that all products and processes meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- The successful candidate will champion a culture of continuous improvement, lead cross-functional quality initiatives, and play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify quality-related risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations to monitor and improve supplier quality.
- Lead implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Oversee robust quality control systems, including testing protocols for raw materials, in-process inspections, and finished goods.
- Establish and uphold quality standards, processes, and best practices across all departments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Significant leadership experience in senior quality roles within manufacturing or regulated environments.
- Deep knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards, and industry regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
