Site Supervisor / Foreman – Industrial Steel & Mechanical Installations
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to lead and manage industrial installation and maintenance projects within steel fabrication and mechanical engineering environments.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can confidently run site operations, supervise a mobile crew, and ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to lead and manage industrial installation and maintenance projects within steel fabrication and mechanical engineering environments.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can confidently run site operations, supervise a mobile crew, and ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and actively participate in structural steel installation works, including platforms, stairways, walkways, handrails, and support structures
- Lead industrial installation and maintenance projects, including machinery/equipment fitting and shutdown maintenance
- Manage and coordinate a mobile site crew across multiple client sites
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to direct site activities
- Plan daily work schedules, allocate tasks, and ensure productivity targets are achieved
- Maintain strong health & safety compliance across all site operations
- Liaise with site management and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Oversee tools, equipment, materials, and site resources
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within steel fabrication, mechanical fitting, or industrial installation environments
- Strong hands-on background in structural steelwork or industrial maintenance
- Competent MIG and stick (arc) welding skills for onsite fabrication and repair
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Experience working in live industrial or manufacturing environments (desirable)
- Full clean Irish/EU driving licence
